Salary Range: $19.868 - $24.897 Hourly
Grade: SGEU.04.

The Ministry of Central Services requires Administrative Support to help maintain their office in Yorkton and provide support to the South Region of the Property Management Division.
Reporting to the Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring documents are typed and formatted accurately and for providing information to staff on processes. Interpersonal and communication skills will be required as you will be in contact, on a daily basis, with various stakeholders, internal and external to government, such as SaskTel, for general inquiries and billing processing. You will work with various computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and MIDAS financials, to create, enter, update and process various correspondences as well process various payments.
You will also be responsible for audit invoices such as travel expenses, Short/Long Form Contract, Work Authorizations and Utilities as well as verifying and reconciling purchase card transaction.
Additionally, you will work in a team environment and organize functions to promote teamwork as well as provide general administrative support relating to handling mail, filing systems and records management procedures, photocopying and maintenance of office equipment while following office policies and procedures.
