Main Duties
Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this position focuses on accuracy and risk mitigation in the procurement of goods and services to meet operational requirements, by providing specialized administration of supplier contracts. Responsibilities include: Assisting the Contract Administrator to produce, revise and coordinate approval of contracts and related documentation or correspondence. Handling other administrative duties relating specifically to entertainment contracts. Entering contract and supplier information into JDE, and assisting others with accessing and interpreting related JDE information. Assisting with data collection, report generation, and information requests. Providing general administrative support to the Procurement Department. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of Procurement priorities.
Conditions of Employment
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of
Successful completion of Grade 12 with a minimum of a Legal Assistant/Paralegal Diploma/Certificate or related work experience. Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) or similar certificate would be most desirable. Minimum of 1 year experience in contract administration.
