General Manager

For 37 years, The Claddagh Oyster House and Olde Dublin Pub have been industry leaders in the Charlottetown food and beverage industry.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and charismatic leader to lead our operations and great team of employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading teams in providing superior guest experience and employee relations.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Hire, train, develop and schedule all front of house employees

· Identify developmental needs of employees including coaching and mentoring employees to the highest service standards

· Manage daily operations ensuring quality assurance standards and optimal guest experience

· Ensure all tools, systems and equipment support the needs of the business and employees

· Achieve financial goals through accurate budget forecasting and cost control

· Order front of house supplies, inventory management and management reporting

· Create and execute sales and marketing strategy

· Ensure company standards and policies are in compliance with all federal and provincial health and safety regulations

The ideal

· Minimum of three years of proven results and experiences in the food and beverage industry

· Demonstrate knowledge of industry best practices, food and beverage licencing, sanitation, health and safety protocols

· Exceptional relationship building skills with customers, employees, supply partners and community associations

· A driven to win attitude and work ethic

· A laser focus on quality food, service and entertainment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
