Change Management Coordinator
1 year Contract
As the Change Management (CM) Coordinator you will support change management with a range of tracking, coordinating, documentation, engagements and resistance management activities across the Advisor Portal change management and operationalization work stream. This also includes planning, coordinating and implementing small to medium engagements that are of moderate complexity. Working closely with the Senior Business Consultant, Distribution Digital Office on this monumental Advisor Portal Project, you will be a crucial member of the project team which includes stakeholders from across the organization including senior leaders. What will you do?
Planning - from assisting the Change Management Consultants with the development of the change plan that effectively aligns scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risk, training and communication in a manner that enables highly coordinated execution to providing status reports and tracking action items
- Coordinating - Create a dashboard that displays progress on key success metrics
What do you need to succeed?
- Good Microsoft suite skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational skills, good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well on a team
- Good understanding of agile methodologies and/or experience using JIRA is an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
