Job Description:

    Harbinger Network is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Construction Office Administrator on behalf of our client, who is specializing in electrical construction. As Construction Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include, among others, handling incoming phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing files, and performing other general office duties and errands. You will provide executive level support to the managers and other staff. An ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills. This role is located in Toronto.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Post Secondary Education in Business Administration will be considered an asset
  • Experience in construction will be considered a strong asset
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an executive admin or administrative professional role
  • Project administration/coordination/management experience is an asset
  • Must have proficient
experience with MS Project
  • Proficient experience with MS Office, Outlook
  • Experience with an accounting software will be considered an asset
  • Experienced at preparing reports, formatting documents, and drafting official letters and correspondence
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills are required
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Other responsibilities:
  • Screen incoming calls, emails and correspondence
  • Data entry into MS Project
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Prepare correspondence and presentations as required
  • Plan and organize meetings, participate in special events
  • Order office supplies and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned
