Your future duties and responsibilities
Ensuring the effective delivery of project activities, within approved scope, schedule and budget and meeting client's expectations;

Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Facilitating the
definition of clear and attainable project objectives

Managing project financials and budget to meet expected project margin/profitability

Maintaining the healthy management of projects by mitigating risks and partnering with the client and technical teams to define resolution plans for addressing issues

Participating in the preparation of proposals in conjunction with sales and delivery teams

Developing detailed statements of work, estimates and work schedules

Mentoring team members and less experienced Project Managers
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The Program Manager will have practical experience as a Project Manager for large and complex initiatives:

Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
PMP designation

10+ years of managing large-scale, multi-system/multi-vendor projects in a complex, multi-geographical environment

High energy with experience in Internet facing enterprise portals – like Retail banking, retail commercial or telecom websites, etc.

Project management experience in n-Tier architecture – Webservers, LDAP/IAM interfaces, Service layers, multiple datasource, etc.

Experience with Project finance management: revenue reconciliation, billing, etc.
Penn testing, DAST and SAST testing exposure, interpreting results and remediating experience a big plus

Experience managing Agile development projects

Demonstrated success establishing and fostering Executive-level relationships

Superior verbal, written and presentation skills

Understanding of security concepts at a high level (CSIM or equivalent certification an asset)

Proven ability to thrive under pressure and successfully balance multiple priorities

Reputed autonomous collaborator

Outstanding problem solving and decision-making abilities
