Job Description:

Fluent in Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Excel, Word. Bookkeeping experience.(AR, AP, Payroll, HST)

Office support and administration. Highly organized, attention to detail very important. Must be willing to learn online programs.

Salary: $40,000.00-$53,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 3 years

  • office management: 1 year (Preferred)

    Administrative Duties:

    • Managing others’ schedules, calendars, and appointments
    • Working directly with customers
    • One-on-one clerical support or personal assistance
