  • Provide customer service via telephone and written correspondence
  • Ensure customer problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Maintain professional relationship with insures to maximize new business growth and retention opportunities
  • Interfaces with all departments & divisions
  • Will work closely with Producers
  • Follow internal workflow
  • Identify upsell/cross opportunities, explain and recommend to clients
  • Claims reporting on behalf of the client including follow ups to ensure service excellence
  • Recognizing
changes in trends, issues, company policies and their potential impacts


  • RIBO Licensed
  • CIP or CAIB or enrolled in the program
  • minimum 2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
  • High level of customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • High level of communications with customers and co-workers
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency to achieve objectives within deadlines
  • Must be patient and able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Organizational skills, able to multitask
  • Outgoing and pleasant phone personality a must
  • Able to follow tasks to completion with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in keal and insurance company portals is an asset
