Job Description:

We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Assistant to deliver post contract services by carrying out repairs, routine maintenance and closing out defects as they are reported.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Attend site pre Practical Completion to familiarise themselves with the project characteristics.
  • Arrange repairs, routine maintenance and minor works as agreed with the customer during the post contract period.
  • Develop relationships with the customers representative and key trade contractors in order to improve the delivery of our post contract services on buildings that have been handed
over
  • Supervise project sub-contractors remedial works
  • Undertake minor remedial works as required
  • Record daily allocation of labour and issue to project commercial teams to enable the recovery/non recovery of costs to be undertaken
  • Liaise with the original project team regarding issues recorded to ensure that they are dealt with correctly
  • Complete sign off of issues recorded by the customer or their consultants both during and at the end of the DLP
