Job Description:

Seeking an individual with excellent written & oral communication, ability to multitask, organized, client focused, reliable and a team player.

Duties include:

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Answer telephones and relay calls & messages

· Respond to electronic correspondence

· Draft forms and documents

· Greet clients and direct to contacts or service areas

· Maintaining a clean work


· Take part in marketing initiatives

· And other administrative duties.


· Business diploma or equivalent experience is preferred

· Knowledge in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
