The role

Reporting to the Recreation Supervisor - Aquatics the incumbent provides day to day leadership and direction over the pool operation and aquatics program; is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Aquatics facility including planning, maintenance, operations, and customer service; and develops a comprehensive year-round aquatics program. The incumbent will be scheduled for evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will

possess a minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role in an aquatic environment; supplemented by graduation with a degree or diploma in Recreation; or sufficient qualifications as determined by assessment. Extensive experience in Life Saving Society, Red Cross, or equivalent training.
