Job Description:


  • Greeting visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Perform general customer service duties
  • Assist in maintaining the Office (main) and others, as needed
  • Maintain office common areas so that a clean and professional appearance is always seen
  • Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and equipment
  • Assist with planning events, which may include lodging and travel plans for out of state visitors and guests, including Directors.


  • Proven experience as an office assistant or back-office assistant or in another relevant administrative role preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working
knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Enthusiastic and eager to be a team member of a growing company.

    Job Duties:

    • Answer incoming customer inquiries
    • Record and modify customer information within the database
    • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
    • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

    Work remotely:

    • Temporarily due to COVID-19
