Under the supervision of the Technical Operation Director, the incumbent will take care of the entire division of heat pump parts and the inventory management.
Description of tasks / responsibilities:
- Place parts orders with suppliers to ensure that we always have an adequate inventory of parts in stock for our customers;
- Take photos to catalog the inventory;
- Communicate with customers to place orders;
- Provide excellent after-sales service;
- Maintain company policy for parts;
- Website management;
- Any other tasks needed.
