With an extensive inventory of car and truck accessories, electronics, tools, alloy and steel wheels, recreational vehicle parts and accessories as well as hitches and trailer parts, all distributed throughout multiple warehouses across the nation. Under the supervision of the Technical Operation Director, the incumbent will take care of the entire division of heat pump parts and the inventory management.

Description of tasks / responsibilities:

  • Place parts orders with suppliers to ensure that we always have an adequate inventory of parts in stock for our customers;
  • Take photos to catalog the inventory;
  • Communicate with customers to place orders;
  • Provide excellent after-sales service;
  • Maintain company policy for parts;
  • Website management;
  • Any other tasks needed.

Qualifications required:

  • Have experience in the
field of parts, HVAC, automotive and tooling;
  • Have relevant work experience in administration or office automation and/or have equivalent training;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Good time management and priorities;
  • Detail oriented and problem solving skills;
  • Use discretion and judgment;
  • Basic knowledge of online sales (an asset).
  • Work location: Chateauguay (QC) or Moncton (NB) teleworking and at the warehouse

    Position: Full time (40 hours/week) / permanent
