Virtual Sales Professional Career Opportunity

The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Virtual Sales Professional!

As a Virtual Sales Professional you will be responsible for achieving their individual targets by successfully converting online sales customer opportunities to realized sales by taking each customer through the virtual sales approach. You will be reporting into a Team Captain.

As a Virtual Sales Professional you will:
Quickly and effectively answers virtual customer inquiries within 30 seconds or less

Meet or exceed established and agreed upon goals including, sales volume, sales performance index/sales performance per chat, financing and sale of product protection plans. Sales/Metrics

Use professional phone etiquette to answer tele-sales calls

Participate in social media leads and sales

Develop and maintains a prospect system

Manage open orders and delivery timelines

Assist sales team members who are on days off by serving virtual guests of those team members in a professional manner including setting appointments

Ensure stock availability when making
a sale. Makes approximate delivery dates clear to each guest

Shop the competition on a regular basis. Maintains knowledge of their pricing, programs, products, and service

Attend regular daily meetings

Participate in and completes Professional Development programs in a timely manner and is able to share best practices learned

Enter sales orders and takes payments

As a successful candidate you will have the following:
Customer Service experience in a call centre environment is an asset

Well organized with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks

Must have the ability to learn and retain multitude of products

Must have proven selling skills, including demonstrating a strong sales approach

Requires excellent typing, written communication and grammatical skills

Proficient in the use of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs including Storis, Acquire and Moneris On-line Payment

Other Information:
Virtual store open from 7:00 am to midnight, 7 days per week. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule required to meet hours of operation including split shifts.

May work from home or store. If working from home, must have an environment free from noise and distraction.
