Position Type: Full Time Permanent (Full Time Window Cleaning April - October, Part Time Snow Clearing November -

Description of Duties:

• Lead a Window Cleaning & Snow Clearing crew to complete high quality work on budget
• Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Completing work using the latest equipment and technology
• Driving and maintaining an Insight Services Solutions Inc. vehicle
• Go through company training and development program

Skills and Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the service industry
• Leadership experience in any field
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
• Ability to lead teams and motivate others
• Comfortable climbing a ladder up to 28'
• Willingness to Learn and become proficient in Window Cleaning & Snow Removal Techniques and Practices.
• Able to work some evening, weekends and nights when necessary
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $15-$21/hour
