- Delivery of consistent sales execution plans in a territory Franchisee/Distributor Leadership
- Develop an effective sales team through selection, leadership and motivation
- Create a productive work environment through effective communication, listening, participation, organization and follow-up
- Participate in recruiting, training and development of Franchisees
- Adherence to company plan-o-grams
- Successfully launch new sku's in territory
- Full line item distribution in all listed accounts
- Maintain appropriate store inventory levels through franchisee/Distributors
- Business reviews with customers
- Establish, monitor and maintain service frequency patterns for all assigned stores in a given territory
- Participate in route re-engineering for territory as required
- Prepare volume forecasts for given territory i.e. long weekends and holidays
- Performance management of independent business
To achieve territory sales, returns and execution plans through effective customer engagement and training, coaching of assigned Franchise/Distributor network.
Responsible for supporting the Field Sales team objectives through SOP compliance at store level, growing the volume through communication of marketing initiatives, sales reviews and selling plans with customers, identification of potential new business within the region, effective account management and execution of initiatives required to maintain and grow brand presence and penetration within the region..

To maintain a regimented Personal Franchise Management meetings
Account Development:
Category review with customer to identify additional opportunities to increase profitability, ie display opportunity, cross merchandising
Canvassing of new business in the region
Establish strong customer relationships through category reviews by identifying the underlying customer needs and motivations and advising on plans to build business opportunities with Bimbo Canada Products and programs.
Independent key account management where applicable
Provide market information for the Franchisee's Personal Franchise Meeting (PFM)
Report territory activities to Regional Sales Manager
Support the Food Service business through the execution of seasonal start-ups, market blitzes and the canvassing of new business
Complete in market price audits for Customer Business Teams as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of a Direct Store Delivery system
Strong communication skills (both oral and written); actively listens to customers needs
Interpersonal skills: works well in team environment
Selling Skills: ability to identify opportunities, set goals and execute against plan to achieve these goals
Integrity: high personal and business ethics
Computer Skills: proficient at Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Supervision: Builds commitment and teamwork while maintaining a creative and positive work environment
Flexible and Adaptable: Open to new ideas and approached, can adjust to priorities as conditions change
Problem Solving: Proactive use of information and resources, demonstrates a sense of urgency
Strong Leadership Skills
Strong analytical skills i.e. forecasting and planning daily needs of customers
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years sales experience is required preferably in consumer food products
Preferred post-secondary education and related experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
