Job Description:

Hi there,

We are looking to hire one person to help out in the office with daily tasks to make the business operate more efficiently but to also generate sales and increase business.

Tasks that will need to be proficient;

Social media,

-Using a scheduled posting program to create scheduled posts on facebook, instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok.

-Creating valuable content that is relevant, branded, and intriguing.

-Responding to Direct Messages, relaying these to sales team.

-Managing paid promotional ads.

Amazon & Ebay;

-Managing product listings

-Promoting products

-Responding to questions

-Getting Reviews

Invoices & Accounting:

-Creating Invoices

-Keeping Track of inventory

-Keep track of expenses, creating spreadsheets

-Basic Payroll Help

Customer / Associate relations:

-Greeting customers at the office

-Answering calls

-Signing off on orders

Dropping off products / running errands:

-Dropping off products to clients or employees

-Grabbing supplies or dropping off packages to be shipped

Shipping & Packaging:

-Packing and Boxing orders

-Creating shipping labels and preparing for shipper

Experience:

  • office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
