This position will be a support role for the media team at Bodwell High School. The media team plays an important role in branding, recruitment, communication, marketing. The incumbent will be called upon to play a key part of the team’s success.

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Archiving / managing media assets inventory
Making updates to web pages, newsletters, social media, recruitment materials
Taking photos / videos
Perform other related duties as assigned
Must-Have Knowledge and Skills:
High School graduation and two year post-secondary diploma.
Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Photo / Video skills
Experience archiving digital assets
Experience with digital marketing theory and practice
Previous experience with high school students
Previous experience in education or student recruitment
Soft Skills and Job Competencies
Excellent organizational skills are a must!
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy, meticulous and quality-oriented
Strong problem solving and analytical skills for diagnosis and troubleshooting
Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks
Quick learner - keeps up with industry trends and tools
