FoodX is looking for a full-time, permanent Investor Relations Coordinator. This position is based remotely out of our South Burnaby, BC head office (5566 Trapp Avenue).
Duties & Responsibilities:
The IR Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the effective creation and distribution of information and the co-ordination and logistics related to FoodX’s investor relations activities. The role has a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:coordinating itineraries and logistics for investor-related events including roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.

  • Creating internal analysis reports of meeting IR program targets, and distributing contact/firm database research to management and IR teams
  • Managing resource needs for internal and external meetings - conference and internal meeting rooms, audio/visual requirements, webcast details, technology support, etc.
  • Fielding incoming calls from investors and analysts to the IR team, and responding to meeting and information requests as appropriate
  • Coordinating across executive calendars to meet investor outreach needs - meetings, calls, conferences, etc.
  • Participating in the preparation of investor presentations and other investor-facing materials. Includes creation of presentations in PowerPoint, including charts, tables, graphs, etc, and the assembly of finalized presentations
  • Managing and updating content for Investor Relations external website and ensuring effective responses are provided to all inquiries received through the website
  • Preparing reports from various systems – Bloomberg, IR Insight, Market Analytics and Intelligence reports etc.
  • Supporting the finance and legal teams with filing and compliance
  • Maintaining IR resource library, supplies and filing system
  • Additional duties as required.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience providing corporate-level support in a highly professional, well-organized, fast-paced work environment. You will have solid event coordination experience and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion as you work with professionals and executives inside and outside the company.

    You have:
    • Exceptional and professional phone etiquette, along with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • An ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment with independence, and the capacity to manage ever-changing priorities
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
    • A desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
    • The ability to manage administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
    • An ability to maintain strong attention to detail and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Internet
