Job Description:

We are a small accounting firm focused on small to medium sized business. The focus of our friendly and knowledgeable staff is to help our clients navigate the world of accounting so they can focus on running their business rather than crunching the numbers. We are seeking a front-end receptionist and data entry clerk.

  • General Administrative Duties as required, including answering phones and filing
  • Greet and Direct all Clients Entering Office
  • Receive Payment
and Record Receipts
  • Office Management
  • Basic Bookkeeping with Room to Grow
  • Requirements / Qualifications:

    • Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy
    • Computer Savvy
    • Quick Learning with Ability to Take Direction
    • Team Player with a ‘Can-Do’ Attitude
    • Quickbooks Experience would be an asset
    • General Knowledge of Accounting
    • Training can be Provided for the right candidate

    • 30 hours/week, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM with an hour for lunch, Monday through Friday. (With possibility to increase with additional duties)
