Job Description:

Your Opportunity:

Connect Care is changing the way Alberta Health Services (AHS) provides healthcare. Connect Care is a province-wide initiative that will change how information flows between patients and their healthcare providers. Connect Care will give healthcare providers at AHS, and its partners, a central access point for more complete, up-to-date patient information and best practices. Patients will have better access to their own information, and it will be easier for healthcare providers to communicate with patients, and each other. The Connect Care Program Office is looking for a Business Analyst that can contribute to the implementation of this transformative health care program. Reporting to the Director of Project Controls, and the Lead for Business Analysts within the Connect Care Program Office, you will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization. The successful candidate will have a team-centric approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on Connect Care Program needs, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and other related resources, to ensure alignment and support for the Connect Care Program outcomes and success. As Connect Care has a wide array of projects within the program, and works collaboratively with other areas across the AHS organization, your work as a Business Analyst will be consequently varied.

Description:

You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and
