Job Description:

Job Overview
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you are responsible for providing administrative services to the Commercial division of Rancho.
  • Fostering strong relationships with our tenants and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining and tracking the tenant database as well as reviewing and screening calls, emails, etc.
  • Organizing the trades contact list as well as the tenant insurance certificate list, ensuring current and accurate information.
  • Preparing various internal/external communications, reports, agendas and meeting minutes. Distributing as required.
  • Managing and filing site plans, survey certificates, and photos of fascia and pylon signage for all the properties.


Essential Requirements

  • On the ball; organized and skilled at managing your time while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Emotionally intelligent; able to empathize with tenants using sensitivity, tact and mindfulness.
  • Detail-oriented; you have an eye for the smallest detail and you have incredible accuracy.
  • A strong communicator; not only can you clearly express your thoughts in conversation, you can also write and present in a persuasive and influencing manner.

Other requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience, preferably in commercial property management industry.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • RECA licence or RPA designation preferred or in process of acquiring.
  • Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and property management software (Yardi etc.).
