    Required Education and Experience

    • 3+ years experience REQUIRED (with a strong preference in Human Resources or Operations Leadership)
    • Ability to facilitate leadership training courses, required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, required
