You will be responsible for administrative support functions, scheduling efficiencies and supporting high-quality customer service to clients in our fast paced clinic environment. Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

  • Direct incoming calls received on a 24-line phone system
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
  • Coordinate mail distribution and orders
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
  • Deliver client service and perform billing and schedule management
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff/Clinic Administrator
  • Monitor inventory level of office supplies
  • Manage referrals from various funders

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

  • Have a post-secondary education in medical office / business administration
  • Bring 1+ years’ experience in a reception or customer service role
  • Possess well developed skills in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Outlook) and virtual platforms
  • Exemplary and professional customer service skills and attitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills
